Location and working philosophy
Our oils come from plantations located in a privileged place in the south of the Island of Mallorca, near the sea and the Natural Park d'es Trenc, which gives the oil a unique personality.
We take total care of the production and strict control throughout the entire process, from the cultivation of the olive trees to the harvesting of the olives at the right point of ripeness.
The treatments of the olive groves are with 100% natural phytosanitary products (kaolin, diatomaceous earth, Bordeaux broth) and organic fertilizers.
